Thermostats like the new RAYSTAT-EX-03 can be directly connected to the box without any additional terminals (JBS) or a reduction of the capacity for the number of heaters (JBM). The power cable coming out of these thermostats can carry phase, neutral and earth.For use with RAYSTAT-EX-02 and similar thermostats that only have one entry, additional WAGO terminals have to be installed in the boxes. You need one phase terminal (WAGO 284-691), one earth terminal (WAGO 284-607), and one end plate (WAGO 284-318) which can be ordered from your local electrical distributor or ordered as a kit from Pentair Thermal Management (HWA-WAGO-TSTAT-KIT). This construction can be used for direct switching up to 25A.

For Raychem JBS-100, JBM-100, E-100, and E-100-L components, select the appropriate pipe strap from the following list:   Pipes 20 till 47 mm (1/2" to 1 1/4") use pipe strap PSE-047  Pipes 40 till 90 mm (1 1/4" to 3")  use pipe strap PSE-090  Pipes 60 till 288 mm (2" to 10")  use pipe strap PSE-280, except for the JBM-100 where PSE-540 should be used.   For Pipes 60 till 540 mm (2" to 20") , use pipe strap PSE-540 for all kits. These sizes are correct for use with or without the small pipe adapter included in the kit.
